Can I cancel an order?

YES, if you request cancellation asap. The order will be canceled and you'll be refunded. Once order starts processing or shipped it's out of our hands.

How long will it take to get my order?

  • Shipping can take anywhere between 7 - 35 days via ePacket and 2 - 14 days via USPS.

Why does it take so long to receive my order?

Depends on which warehouse your order is shipped from. Due to distances between countries, slow postal services, and shipping delays it can sometimes take longer. Any questions you can contact us via the blue message button bottom of page or email at specsandbags@specsbagsandmore.com.

I have received only part of my shipment, where are the other items?

We ship from different warehouses around the world using different carriers so some items might arrive earlier than others and often times some parcels experience shipping delays while others do not. You can always message us, using the blue message button bottom of the screen or email us with your name and order number for the status of your other items.

How can I track my order?

Once your item ships, you will be provided a tracking number within 5 -7 days via email or SMS if you prefer. Text option, which you sign up for when you place your order.

Do you ship internationally?

No, only the continental U.S. including Alaska, Hawaii, and the District of Columbia

Do you ship bulk orders?

No. Bulk orders will be denied at our discretion as my store offers limited quantity only. 

What about possible custom fees?

Rarely does this happen. Usually, this occurs when you order a large amount of merchandise.

Can I return an item for a full refund?

If there's a problem, please inform us within 3 days of receiving your merchandise for further instructions.
