Shipping Policy

How long will it take to get my order?

  • Shipping can take anywhere between 2 - 35 days depending on which carrier is used. 
  • The fastest and most cost effective method will be used to ship your order.
  • Most orders ship within 3-7 business days in which you will be provided a tracking number.
  • Estimated delivery is 3-4 weeks on most handbags as that are shipped from our China warehouse.
  • Majority of sunglasses are shipped from our U.S. and China warehouses with an estimated delivery time of 1-4 weeks. 
  • Once the package has been received by the carrier, we are not responsible for delays in shipping.
  • However, if for some reason your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, I ask that you please contact us via the blue message button bottom of the page or email us at Thanks.

Why does it take so long to receive my order?

  • Depends on which warehouse your order is shipped from. We try to ship from the closest warehouse available.
  • Due to distances between countries, slow postal services, and shipping delays it can sometimes take longer.

I have received only part of my shipment, where are the other items?

  • We ship from different warehouses around the world using different carriers so some items might arrive earlier than others and often times some parcels experience shipping delays while others do not.
  • You can always email us with your name and order number for the status of your other items.

How can I track my order?

  • Once your item ships, you will be provided a tracking number within 5 -7 days via email or SMS if you prefer.

Do you ship internationally?

  • Yes, now shipping to Australia, Canada, United Kingdom and the continental U.S. including Alaska, Hawaii, and the District of Columbia

Do you ship bulk orders?

  • No. Bulk orders will be denied at my discretion as my store offers limited quantity only. 

What about possible customs, duties & taxes?

  • Rarely does this happen. Usually, this occurs when you order a large amount of merchandise.
What payment methods do you accept?
